This week in CEP 813, I have created the next and final version of my CMS (Content Management Systems) assessment. My assessment is designed for fourth graders to check their understanding of factors, multiples, and prime numbers. I tweaked my screencast to include more about the kind of information that Flubaroo provides and what exactly I would do with the data. I’ve also tied it to my Rubric 4.0 in four areas:
- Provides timely feedback
- Informs instruction
- Includes a digital component
- Tied to learning goals
The bottom line is that Google Classroom provides a convenient, yet, informative way to assess student understanding.
